The long waited day for the arrival of SHINee to Singapore is finally here. Definitely, it will be SG Shawol’s most exciting day. As expected, I knew that our busy precious boys will be here only on the concert day itself due to heavy schedules.

At 4am early in the morning of 10th September, I crawled out of bed and cabbed down to the airport to fetch and catch a glimpse of shining SHINee! They touched down at 5:35am and came out at around 6:10am. Screams were heard, banners were raised and cameras were up snapping. As usual, the boys look so charming despite being really tired from schedules. Minho came first, walking charismatically in orange. Followed by fashionable Key, who wore specs and waved to Shawols. And then it was Jonghyun who put on a smile, with a cap and shades on. After Jonghyun was Onew with a mask on but he did smile as I saw his smiley-eyes. Last but not least, our Taemin! He was looking gorgeous, with shades on and his favourite bag. Even though it was a short moment of catching a sight of SHINee, it was all worth it since it is a rare chance to do so. SHINee was really handsome and charming!

Thereafter, I headed down to Singapore Indoor Stadium to queue up since I had mosh pit tickets. Admins were in Pen B and I noticed foreign shawols from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and China! After waiting for hours (including collecting banners/photocards, eating, collecting pre-orders and resting), it was finally the start of the concert.

Screams were heard as the lights dimmed down and the introduction VCR started to play. Heart was pumping so hard since it’s finally a chance to see SHINee up-close. The first song was SHINee World. Members jumped up from the bottom of the stage charismatically. Key get SHINee World hyped up by saying ‘Let’s Go Singapore!’ at the start of ‘Get Down’.

Everyone was high as the boys finally appeared and I screamed. SHINee performed many songs, with VCRs being played in-between as they get their outfit changed.

There were lots of interactions of SHINee with SHINee World! As mentioned during press conference, Jonghyun said that this concert will be held with special effects and lots of interactions with fans. The boys were such a tease when they showed their sexy shoulders and pointing at shawols while performing. They definitely knew how to interact with fans, by coming really close to us! SHINee flew high up during certain songs such as Lucifer and A.Mi.Go. They were oh-so-hot! Fireworks were used throughout the concert. And during ‘Juliette’, Jonghyun flew up with 2 cans holding in his hand. At the peak of the song, ‘firework-like’ thing came out as he hovered in the air. It was just so spectacular.

Not forgetting the solo stages, it was amazing too! I couldn’t get my eyes off Taemin as he danced perfectly, Jonghyun with his awesome vocal singing an English song, Minho who showed his chest muscles and abs, Key (feat. Taembarbie) for My First Kiss was really entertaining and lastly, Onew’s awesome opera vocal. It was seriously just so astounding!

As you have seen all the fancams, SHINee were really enjoying their performances and got SHINee World hyped up. They simply rock their heads and bodies during rock songs with charismatic black outfits, singing their hearts out during slow songs with prince-charming white outfits.

There were more of JongKey moments this time round, such as JongKey pointing at each other during ‘Stand By Me’ and Key putting his hands over Jonghyun’s shoulder during ‘A.Mi.Go’.

Coming to the end of the concert, the boys played with mineral water, splashing and spitting at each other as usual. Taemin came towards my side and he spitted/splash water onto us. Jonghyun attacked Key. Key tired to avoid and ran towards the end of the stage but couldn’t avoid Jonghyun’s attack. Almost the end, Jonghyun was seen pouring 2 bottles of water on Taemin continuously and Jonghyun then shuffled Taemin’s hair. They were soooooooo cute! Minho saw Jonghyun’s evil water attack on Taemin and he helped Taemin to attack Jonghyun. There were too many cute moments happening between the boys that my eyes were busy switching from 1 member to another. The boys said that it was great to play with water since the weather is hot.

Cute hats were also thrown onto stage for the boys to wear and give fan service. Onew initially wore a cap but he threw it into the crowd at Pen B after that. Jonghyun wore a pink one, with a blue specs on looking like a cute ultra-man! MinKey saw Jonghyun’s cute outlook and they laughed at him cutely, even with Minho laugh-kneeling on the stage. They were really cute! Key wore a pink hat looking like a baby. Minho wore a blue one, similar to the one Key wore. Lastly, Taemin wore a cute mushroom hat which really fits him! They were plainly adorable wearing those hats, walking around and having interactions with Shawols.

SHINee made 90 degree bow at the corners and centre of the concert hall. They bowed sincerely and thanked Singapore shawols. Since I was at Pen B, which Jonghyun, Key and Minho come about the most, I heard Key saying‘Thank You so much, Singapore.’

As planned, Key’s birthday banner which says ‘Happy Key’s Day’ was held up by Shawols and the boys saw. Jonghyun and Key took the banner from shawols. Key held ‘Happy Key’s Day’ banner while walking and nodding his head, signaling that he understands our heart. Jonghyun started the whole Birthday thing by saying “This is it” while showing ‘Happy Key’s Day’ banner and asked everyone to sing Happy Birthday song to Key. Everyone thought that they will sing in Korean but in the end they sang the birthday song in English! Onew, who added his adlibs while singing birthday song was really cute. And JongKey moment here: Jonghyun sang “Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to MY KEY, Happy birthday to you!” – if I didn’t hear it wrongly. After singing, Taemin secured Key from the back and Jonghyun sprayed party-spray onto Key. While spraying Key, Jonghyun said “Happy Birthday Key, I LOVE YOU”. Of course, everyone screamed. After that, Key made a speech saying that even though it is a bit early, but he thanked all of us for the birthday song.

The last song was ‘One’. While Minho rap, he said happy birthday key while attacking Key with water. It was really coming to an end… Key said: “It’s sad that we couldn’t go up to 2nd and 3rd floor but hope you’ll feel our love.”

Just before they enter backstage, SHINee thanked SHINee World with an amazing Thank You ‘song’. They literally spammed, shouted and screamed ‘THANK YOU’ for numerous times. They were really cute doing that. It ended with Key saying in English ‘I sure will see you again’ and Onew saying (in English too) in a cute high tone ‘thank you so much, see you another time’.

After the concert, SHINee went to eat at Chijmes and stayed at Singapore for a night. They flew back to Korea the next day at 2:30PM. Glad that SHINee had fun in Singapore and hope they rest well! SHINee fighting, SHINee World loves you!

I am sure there are other precious moments that I missed out. The boys were simply cute, amazing and precious. I still can’t believe I am 1 of SHINee World holding lightsticks and cheer for SHINee.
